Baldy's terrain is best known for its long runs with a consistent pitch, great for turning perfect arcs. Be prepared for the mile-long ridge runs that lead to several advanced and intermediate bowls, but don't avoid them or you'll miss out on some prime terrain. If you're an intermediate planning to sample the Warm Springs terrain, just be aware that the intermediate entrance is a cat track. Novices and beginners will want to head to Dollar.

Parks and pipes
A recently transformed 425-foot-long superpipe with 18-foot-high walls can be found in the Warm Springs area, to rider's left just below Race Arena.This state-of-the-art Pipe Monster-groomed terrain meets competition superpipe standards and heightens freestyle and snowboard fun.
