Child care: Club Red is a licensed child-care facility for ages 18 months to 6 years. Full day costs C$49; half day (less than 4 hours), C$29. Most bring lunch, but lunch is available for an extra cost. Reservations required; call (800) 663-0105 ext. 237. The child-care center also can provide a list of babysitters.

Children's programs: For ages 3–6, a three-hour morning or afternoon lesson with hot cocoa break is C$39. Kids 7–12 get full-day group ski lessons and supervised activities for C$79 (lunch costs an additional C$6). Two-hour group lessons are limited to eight kids and cost C$33; a four-pack costs C$109.

Kids can take a terrain park lesson to learn how to ride the features in the terrain park. It's offered on Saturday and Sunday afternoon; cost is C$33 for two hours or C$109 for four two-hour lessons.

Skiing/Snowboarding Discovery is a two-hour lesson for first-timers that includes a beginner lift ticket and rentals for C$52. Lessons begin daily at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Reservations are required for all kids' programs.
