Ski lessonGroup lessons: Two-hour lesson, $35. Multiday packages available.
The Learn to Ski/Ride program includes a two-hour ski or snowboard lesson with rental and use of beginner lifts for $59. Multiday packages available. First-time snowboarders are taught using Burton Method Center techniques and ride on Burton’s specially designed learn-to-ride equipment.

Private lessons: $59 per hour, $25 for each additional person. Telemark also available.

Special programs: Glade and powder clinics, two-hour sessions offered during primo conditions, are for advanced skiers and riders only, $39 per person, minimum three people per group. Jay also offers women only clinics for the same price. Backcountry Adventure gives guided tours of popular off-piste areas. You must be a very experienced skier or rider; the ski school has the option to disqualify participants, "not to be mean, just to be safe!" says their literature. Racing: Racing Camps feature gate running and on-hill training. NASTAR races at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Special NASTAR Clinic available.
