Apres-Ski / Nightlife
JJ's
Rocky Mountain Tavern, with its live entertainment and bar menu,
is without question the hottest spot here. It's in the East Village.
Moe Dixon, a longtime favorite entertainer, always gets people dancing
on the tables. In fact, the owners had to reinforce the bar top,
thanks to the hordes who refused to remove their ski boots when
dancing on the bar. Ban dancing? NEVER! It's Grande Apres
every day with a free supersize of all draft beer from 36
p.m.
A popular hangout is Endo's Adrenaline Cafe in The Village
at Copper, where you'll find drink specials in a sport-oriented
atmosphere. Jack's Slopeside at Copper
One Lodge, with live entertainment Thursday to Saturday 35:30
p.m., headlines Lefty Lucy. Expect sing-alongs and more dancing on the
bar. Jack's counterpart Jill's Umbrella Bar serves up Mojitos and Long Island Iced Tea among other thirst quenchers that you'll need for the Thursday afternoon Salsa dance lessons. Storm King Lounge features scotch and signature martinis, sushi, Sapporo and sake. Play pool and poker here while you imbibe.
Now that the Cold War is over, the Russian-themed
vodka bar and red nightclub Pravda seems popular. A DJ keeps you
thirsting for more of the exclusive list of 30 vodkas, served ice
cold.
You'll find other nightlife
options throughout Summit
County.
